Port Clinton Music Boosters Minutes for Special Meeting to Elect Officers 5/24/2006
President Chris Harris opened the meeting.
Discussion was opened to inform those in attendance on what Music Boosters is and does.
After Discussions, motions were made to elect the following people:
Kim Royster President Gloria Alvarado Secretary Bob Dodge Treasurer Teresa Spitler Trustee Ron Nisch and Sheree Quan Trustee Gini Stevensen Trustee
Ballot was voted on and pasted.
Pre-Budget meeting to be held at Marcia's House on 6/6/2006 at 6:30 New officers and old treasurer and president to attend
Next Regular Meeting 6/19/2006 at PC Chorus Room.
